Delta pointe is not belongs to psa or changlog table.

So it won't impact delta pointer.

You can delete PSA and changelog data.

But deleting changelog table data completely is not allowed.

You can cross check with your client or users.

Actually we can keep last 2 weeks data and delete all other (older 2 weeks) data.

i think all loaded data was moved to connected targets.
