Thanks for the response..

The business system QS1300 and HRD300 is created in SLD but the logical system name is assigned as PS1CLNT both in dev and quality systems.

The basis team is telling that we have copied production to dev and QUA systems.. that's why we maintained the logical system as PS1CLNT300 [Production]

one more thing the current scenarios are also successfully running in SRM dev / qua systems.

i'm not able to find where is the issue..

i think this is should be addressed by BASIS only..
